All content, branding, and software provided remain the property of Fusion IT Services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if these terms are violated.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
